3. Recruitment Process

Standard Recruitment Steps:

    Resume, CNIC copy, and recent photograph required.
  • Initial Screening Call

  • Document Verification & Physical Assessment
    Includes height, weight, fitness level, and visual inspection.
  • Written Aptitude Test (For specific roles)
    Includes comprehension, situational response, and ethics.
  • Final Interview Panel
    Conducted by HR, Operations, and a retired military advisor.
  • Background Checks & Police Clearance
    All employees must have verifiable background history and references.
  • Medical Examination
    Conducted at our approved health facilities.

Note: For executive protection and mobile units, additional driving tests and weapons safety evaluations are required.
